Sunny Day is an immersive media art that imagines and depicts
sustainable tommorrow and future of technology.
Viewers experience future as an inspector that is required to examine
various elements of the autogenous ecosystem, in a world that has
developed to a level where technology and reality are
indistinguishable. The climate crisis and development of technology
will be reconsidered in a hopeful future of universalized ESS, Smart
Grid, Urban Wind Turbines and Pumped-Storage Hydroelectricity, and
digital twinned nature.
Jonathan Lear introduced the concept of 'Radical Hope' and said, "What
makes this hope radical is that it is directed toward a future
goodness that transcends the current ability to understand what it
is." Sunny Day will provide the immersive experience of a hopeful
future that will initiate the viewers’ active participation.
